The first moose I have ever seen! Pretty cool, huh??? :)
Hey everyone! I know, its been a month and a half since I've updated this thing, but our computer at home won't let me update my blog for some weird reason.
Alaska was beautiful!!! I loved it! we had a great time! We did three VBS',and some evangelizing. we went door-to-door around the neighborhood of the church, and passed out tracts at little shopping centers. One of the VBS' we did was in one of the villages called Minto. We had about 20 kids. They all responded well, and we were sad 2 leave them. They were all very cute! Minto as a village was very pretty. Minton was one of the more tame villages, because they weren't allowed 2 have licquor of any kind. The Chief was a Christian, and didn't allow it.
We did get to do some sight seeing. I got to see the largest mountain in the United States, Mount. McKinley. It was gorgeous!!! Alaska as a state was beautiful! It never got dark! it was bright outside at like 1:00 in the morning. That was very cool!
We stayed in a log cabin! The church was log, too, and it was beautiful! I loved the church! The people in the church were wonderful! They were so kind and helped us feel right at home in their church! They were all wonderful people! We had a great time!

Thanx!
Welcome back Ashley, I'm so happy to see a new blog. Now you need to get your brother David to do some new ones too.
Enjoyed seeing your pictures and I hope you post a lot more and tell us more about your trip. I landed in that airport in Alaska on my way back from a TLC trip to China 19 years ago and I hope someday to see a lot more of Alaska then just the airport. "-)
